Mon and Joe went to Sea Isle a couple weeks ago, and on their way home they brought these clams, freshly caught that day.. (they also grabbed some flounder he caught that same day - yum!) Joe gets credit for these though! White wine, lemon, garlic and parsley. Simple, fresh, & absolutely delicious. I sopped up every last bit of “broth” in my bowl with a crispy baguette. I reveled in this with a glass of Joe’s home made Zinfandel. Mmm. Ill miss summer.
