Mon did it again! Glazed Cornish Game Hens which were grilled along side, fresh corn on the cob, and a raw orange and fennel salad with red onion. SO GOOD. The birds were charred and crisp on the outside, but juicy and glorious on the inside. That wasn’t all, hors d’oeuvres were crostini smeared with goat cheese and a dollop of fig jam, followed by the first course, a red snapper cake with a creamy chipotle sauce, accompianed by sauteed peppers n’ onions and crisp mixed greens. I ate every last bite! The raw salad on the entree inspired the dinner I made lastnight! Stay tuned for that, it was one of my prouder moments :)
