I must say… I get fed pretty damn well over at Stephen’s, all the time. It’s great. This time Mon and Joe collaboratively put together this simple, yet light and flavor packed dinner. Grilled Tuna burgers with avocado & sprout salad. Right along side were sautéed baby potatoes with fresh herbs and Mon’s famous orange and fennel salad with red onion. Amazingly perfect. They used fresh picked herbs from Mon’s beautiful herb garden right out back, (which I I’m totally jealous of, I can’t even keep 1 little potted parsley plant alive and she‘s got an abundance of everything you could ever need!) and they really came bursting through in the burger, followed up with a little spice. I haven’t eaten dinner yet, and now I want Tuna Burgers.. Ugh.
