I needed a quick fix yesterday, and didn’t have much to work with, but I was able to get this. Extra spicy curried dal with chickpeas, raisins, and toasted flat breads. I made the same thing the other night using cauliflower instead of chickpeas. It’s cheap, easy, and so good. What’s not to love? The raisins were suggested to me while I was cooking, and it ended up being the exact amount of sweetness to cut the intense heat this was packing. Mmm.
