Coach Farm’s fresh goat-cheese cake, local fruit compote, whipped cream, & balsamic reduction. The last course of our meal at St. Andrew’s, a farm to table restaurant on the school’s campus. It was paired perfectly with an Asti, Nando from Piemont. What’s not to love about a little bubbly along fresh goat cheese cake?!
